Delivery timelines are estimates only and depend on carriers, customs authorities and other third parties. Risk in goods passes in accordance with the agreed Incoterms 2020 rules for each shipment. Title may be retained by the relevant supplier until payment is received in full.

7. Consumer guarantees and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For services, we warrant they will be provided with due care and skill and be reasonably fit for purpose where that purpose was made known to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of or connected to our services is limited, at our option, to the resupply of the services or the cost of having the services supplied again. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits or business opportunity, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, port closures, industrial action, government restrictions or carrier failures.
